The colorful rooms at Grand Hotel Europe are absolutely stunning! I loved the balcony with its breathtaking views of the Caspian Sea. The luxury furnishings added a touch of elegance, making me feel like a VIP during my stay. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided entertainment, and the private bathroom with a bidet and shower was a great convenience.
Personally, I would have preferred a larger seating area to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. But hey, that's just me!

Luxurious amenities met our exclusive needs at this venue. The spa services were unparalleled, with an exquisite indoor pool and Turkish bath. The sun terrace provided a stunning view of the city. The restaurant’s special diet menus were diverse and tasted fantastic. Private facilities offered a level of comfort that exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, with staff accommodating our every need.
The only minor issue was the location, which was a bit far from the city center. However, this hotel’s complimentary shuttle service made the distance negligible.

During my stay at Grand Hotel Europe, I experienced exceptional guest service that truly made my trip memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, as they even addressed a minor issue with my lunch order by personally apologizing and presenting me with a beautiful bottle of Azerbaijani spirits and local sweets. The gift baskets delivered to my room were a thoughtful touch as well. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to guests' needs.
