The colorful rooms at Grand Hotel Europe are absolutely stunning! I loved the balcony with its breathtaking views of the Caspian Sea. The luxury furnishings added a touch of elegance, making me feel like a VIP during my stay. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided entertainment, and the private bathroom with a bidet and shower was a great convenience.

Personally, I would have preferred a larger seating area to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. But hey, that's just me!

Our experience here was comfortable. Planned to see Baku major attractions and it was nice place for visiting all of them. Appreciated the comfy beds. It is 5 mins by foot from the bus station.

I always go to this fantastic hotel in Baku. The staff helped me find taxis. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, bar & restaurant, laundry, and a business center. I love it and will be back for my holidays.

Luxurious amenities met our exclusive needs at this venue. The spa services were unparalleled, with an exquisite indoor pool and Turkish bath. The sun terrace provided a stunning view of the city. The restaurant’s special diet menus were diverse and tasted fantastic. Private facilities offered a level of comfort that exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, with staff accommodating our every need.

The only minor issue was the location, which was a bit far from the city center. However, this hotel’s complimentary shuttle service made the distance negligible.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients. The location was perfect, close to small shops and embassies and offered easy access to the Old City and other parts of the city.

The rooms are well-appointed and come with a private balcony for stunning views of the city. The breakfast spread is varied and the staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The gym facilities could do with some improvement to ensure guests have a better experience.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The room was luxurious and the bed was extra comfortable. The food was of good quality and the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to return!
